Welcoming all badass creatives!

I’m Gregory Halpen. You can call me Gregory.

I teach creatives how to build and maintain a thriving creative practice to reach their full creative potential.

Staying in your head will only keep you lost on your creative journey — contributing to the stories that we make up about ourselves

There’s more than one way to be creative.

  • I’m not that creative.

  • It’s too late for me.

  • Everyone is so far ahead of me.

  • I will never make a living at being creative.

This cycle can last for years!

Let’s go beyond mediocre creativity.

We don’t have to struggle to get our creative work off the ground.

Creating work fast in today’s world may be the norm, but it isn’t the only way.

  • Let’s focus on deepening our creative work by putting our full self into it— rather than creating from the surface.

  • Let’s create work that has a deeper meaning.

  • Let’s integrate life’s messiness into our creative work while leaning into and sitting with discomfort.

  • Let’s create work that inspires our audiences to think about life differently.

I’ve been featured on a few podcasts

So, how does all this creative practice development show up in my work?

First things, first. You are a human being. Period.

  • Everyone has a unique and valid story.

  • Everyone is a natural creative. As children, our imagination is wild and unruly — but gets squashed as we grow up.

  • Feeling safe is important, and so is living a consistently creative life that is meaningful to you.

  • Embracing our story can tether us to a deeper connection with our creative work.

  • We learn and heal through relationships.

  • As creatives, we can walk through life feeling content about the work we put out.

  • Feeling awkward can be our superpower and not a weakness.

  • We can create a culture of compassion, and resilience through our creativity.

What I believe

I’m not everyone’s cup of tea.

  • I’m quirky AF and sometimes I can be super awkward.

  • I don’t follow status-quo thinking.

  • I can be high energy.

  • Sarcasm is a coping mechanism of mine. Sometimes I love it and sometimes I fucking hate it.

  • I can be pushy.

  • I use swear (a lot).

  • I am anything but conservative, I don’t tolerate racism and I will always affirm LGBTQ humanity.

  • You are CRAVING serious personal growth — and want to be a creative who actually creates and not just fantasizes about it.

  • You want to feel confident as a creative.

  • You’ve got an itch to scratch about fulfilling your life’s purpose as a creative.

  • You want to feel more connected to your creative journey.

  • You’ve exhausted all your f*cks and have reached the end of your rope by trying to please everyone with your creativity— and you’re craving a better way.

But I am for you if…

Are you ready to get out of your head and hit your full creative potential?
